Basic Job Functions:
The role of Hot Mill Administrator consists of, but is not limited to, day to day administrative activities in the Hot Mill department including administering payroll, document control management, project management software administration, reporting, back up for Hot Mill scheduling process, and other duties as assigned. You must be able to generate reports and create representative charts and graphs, preparing presentations using Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Communicating closely across all departments is an important aspect and confidentiality is an absolute must in this position. [[cust_safetyState]]
Minimum Qualifications:
Microsoft Office and SharePoint experience.
Document management experience.
No relatives employed within the Hot Mill department due to payroll processing (per Personnel Policy 21).
Preferred Qualifications:
Administrative designations, certifications, or degree
One year of office administration experience
