Key Responsibilities:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Configure and support the Epic application and coordinate work with the Epic offshore team.

This role includes both maintenance and development.

This is postproduction support role must different SLA across incidents, problem, change, Root cause identification, defect resolution, etc.

This role requires working with end customer, client stakeholders and offshore team, and may involve on call support during non-working hours.

Knowledge of ITIL framework will be great plus.

Basic Qualifications:

Epic certification in HIM Modules

A Minimum of 3 years of design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

A Minimum of 3 years of configure and support with the Epic applications

High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below. Role Location

California – $48.07 to $58.07/hour

Colorado – $48.07 to $58.07/hour

District of Columbia - $48.07 to $58.07/hour

Maryland - $48.07 to $58.07/hour

New York – $48.07 to $58.07/hour

Washington – $48.07 to $58.07/hour
