Registered Nurses needed to assess and determine an individual’s eligibility for hospice or palliative care, discuss the hospice philosophy and benefit with individuals and families and perform admissions as appropriate.

　　Position Qualifications:

　　2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience required

　　An active unencumbered state RN license

　　Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

　　CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical

　　Hospice or Home Health experience required

　　Must have a reliable car for transportation
