Participants in the Hope at Work program are employed full-time in the thrift store and participate in each aspect of the program including:CASE MANAGEMENTWeekly one-on-one meetings to discuss personal goals, coaching forresume and cover letters, and personality/design assessment using ThePathmaker to help you find your strengths. Help with budgeting andsetting goals for growth.This is an onsite paid meeting during thescheduled work shift.
RECOVERY HourA faith-based recovery program applicable to everyone! It addresseshurts, habits and hang-ups. Just to name a few: anger, anxiety, abuse,co-dependence, depression, fear, grief, issues with kids, issues withparents, issues with people, addiction the list goes on and on. This isan onsite paid meeting during the scheduled work shift.
SUPPORT COACHESOne on one weekly meeting with a mentor to discuss personal goals. Thisis an onsite paid meeting during the scheduled work shift.
EMPLOYMENT TRAININGParticipants work as full-time employees at the HOPE Center ThriftStore. They train in multiple areas and pass multiple trainingcertifications, receiving feedback from managers on their employmentstrengths for a well-rounded resume.
