Kforce has a client that is seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Moorpark, CA.Duties Include:

　　Home Loan Specialist will perform routine data entry and validation tasks

　　Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

　　Review and validate loan documents

　　Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

　　As a Home Loan Specialist, you will monitor work queues and intervening as needed

　　Perform other related duties as required and assigned

　　Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

　　Associate's degree or higher preferred

　　Mortgage industry experience required

　　General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
