Seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to service South Austin and surrounding areas Job Description The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes. What You'll Do Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC). Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's. Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes. Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications. Be willing to travel within an established radius.
