　　Job Duties:

　　Provide companion care and personal care servicesHelp with ADLs, such as dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and shopping, and moreRequirements:

　　High School diploma or GED18 years or older due to hours of workHHA Certificate preferred or will trainValid Driver's License for required travelSocial Security Card and/or Verification of Right to Work in the United StatesBe able to obtain CPR (online certification is not accepted)Physician's statement "Free of Communicable Diseases" (less than 6 months old)Negative TB test result (chest x-ray, PPD, or blood test is acceptable)Employer conducts Background Check, Reference check and Motor Vehicle Record checkWork Schedule: Full and Part time positions available.PRN, Days, Nights, Weekends
