　　The Cake Dumping Associate, under the direction of Production Supervisor, is responsible for all functions and record keeping involved in cake dumping, packaging and pallet removal processes while adhering to all GMP and HACCP operating procedures.

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP’s

　　Committed to providing a safe food product

　　Works within all regulatory requirements

　　Manual dumping of bags of cake into hopper

　　Manual recordkeeping

　　Transport pallets via the pallet jack

　　Responsible for keep the area clean and free of debris

　　1st level troubleshooting/maintenance of equipment

　　Perform all other related duties as requested

　　About you:

　　High school diploma or equivalent, computer experience a plus

　　Ability to multi-task and work independently

　　Team player with good communication skills

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

　　Must be able to work in a hot environment and move freely around the building
