　　Dual Hoist at Tower 1: eight thousand (8,000) pound capacity dual cage rack-and-pinion Counterweighted Personnel and Material Hoist as described below.a. Location: Approximately Column Line R-F on the South Elevation of the building.

　　b. Minimum cage speed: three hundred (300) fpm.

　　c. Minimum interior clear cage size: 18’-0" L x 5' W x 8'-4" H.

　　d. Cage capacity: eight thousand (8,000) lbs.

　　e. Levels serviced by each cage: L1 to L42

　　Experience:

　　Previous experience operating cranes or other heavy equipment

　　Knowledge of crane operation techniques and safety procedures

　　Familiarity with mechanical principles and equipment maintenance

　　Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications

　　Proficient in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

　　Experience operating backhoes, boom trucks, forklifts, or other heavy machine

　　Skills:

　　Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities

　　Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

　　Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

　　Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
