　　Description:

　　Complete daily checkups on residents

　　Cleaning and tidying of rooms including: wiping the wheelchair, walker and cane. All these areas and/or items are to be tidy and clean every shift, and labeled as per policy.

　　3.Nutrition: Serve meals in a timely fashion. Report to the Charge Nurse any change of dietary intake.

　　Call Bells: A lighted call bell is a call for help. Answer call bells as soon as observed, regardless of to whom the resident is assigned. Assure resident easy access to the call bell at all times by placing it within reach.

　　Resident Safety Measures: Assure resident safety at all times. Practice prevention through observation and correction of environmental problems, and with the proper use of protective devices, as ordered. Be aware of the wandering patients. Emergency, Fire and Disaster procedures as taught.

　　Observation of Residents: Observe residents to detect signs and symptoms of illness, accidents and incidents. Observe residents with special needs, such as intravenous or hypodermoclysis, nasogastric or gastrostomy tube, including Foley catheter or cystostomy tube, oxygen, suctioning ,decubitus, etc.

　　Report to the Charge Nurse any items to be ordered, repaired, or missing.

　　Document care given on the appropriate forms during and at the end of each shift.

　　Medical terminology, Patient care, CNA, Medical record, Customer service, Healthcare support, Emr, sigma care

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or its equivalent

　　Certified Nursing Assistant

　　Computer skills (Microsoft)
