We are a 17-year-old family-owned home improvement company that is growing and expanding. We have more than enough leads that we currently can handle! We are seeking In-Home Sales Design Consultants for our greater Tampa Bay area. Our current design consultants consistently thrive with great demo rates, high closing rates and phenomenal sales retention, plus we have several long-term tenured consultants. This is not a turn and burn operation as we take a vested interest in all employees.  All appointments are for potential customers that have reached out to us. We do NOT cold call. 

Qualifications Include:

-Positive attitude and coachable

Ability to ask for the sale and close the deal

Aptitude for creativity and design

Willing to learn new closing techniques

Ability to comfortably present high-ticket products
