　　Summary:

　　HIM Operations Coordinator functions as a team leader in the coordination of HIM Clinic/Hospital Operations. Responsible for the assessment and organization of daily and routine records management workloads. Responsible for maintaining full working knowledge of all scanning, imaging, and release of information systems and ongoing support for all users. Maintains current and thorough knowledge and understanding of the information systems, image system and Release of Information. Works closely with clinic staff and patients.

　　Education & Experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in related field preferred.Minimum of 4 years' experience as Office Manager or similar experience. Computer literacy with 4-6 years' experience.Minimum of 1 year experience in a HIM department. Strong customer service background.Demonstrates leadership and management skills.Exceptional written and oral skills.Conflict resolution and problem solving.Ability to work as leader and/or member of multidisciplinary team.

　　Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

　　Registered Health Information Management Technician (RHIT) preferred;
