In H-FARM Education College, undergraduate and post-graduate educational institute, we are looking for a career guidance coordinator. The candidate will work in our Career Guidance office di H-FARM College in close contact with management and will be responsible for:

　　ACTIVITIES 

　　Support the Manager in managing relations with Corporates, as a key element of HFC positioning and selling point, with special focus on all students career related activities, e.g. (talks, events, company challenges, internships, skills development programs)

　　collection of internships to be offered to students, identifying most relevant and attractive companies, and managing students selection and onboarding process;

　　definition of "challenges" with distinctive companies to be offered to students;

　　collection of "events" opportunities (e.g. talks from top managers, entrepreneurs, startuppers) to be offered to students;

　　design and roll-out of "skills development program" throughout the years aiming at helping students in succeeding when entering the job market;

　　Support the identification of outstanding prospect companies to start a relation with and wisely manage current partners;

　　Support the understanding of companies hiring needs (competencies gap, roles gap, ...) and identify the best way to support the students hiring;

　　Take care of the delivery of activities, events, dedicated programs with distinctive service level and proper execution (events planning, activities organization, communication to students, relation with other relevant H-FARM teams, ...)

　　Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation

　　Disposition to organization and planning

　　Excellent use of the Office package

　　Ability to work in a team, results orientation and confidence in one's ability to meet and exceed goals

　　Good knowledge of the English language
