Description:

　　My client is looking for a Systems Specialist to join a team of 6 on the Service Desk. All of the "technical" training will be owned by client for this persons first 2 weeks on the job (there are also several more tenured folks on the team that will train). Looking for someone to ideally work the 9am-6pm shift!

　　Looking for someone with phone support experience (personality is HUGE), strong documentation skills, ServiceNow from a ticketing perspective, and unlocks/password reset experience.

　　Everyone calling into the Help Desk is an internal client employee (either from one of the 60 facilities or Corporate), the Tier 1 Help Desk is responsible for password resets and account unlocks, etc.
