About Helpdesk Support Technician

  Description:

  Client is looking to hire a long term consultant on their Helpdesk team in Dallas! The role will be 100% remote but local to Dallas. This is a very long contract that re-news every 6 months with a good possibility of extension. The reason the position is open is because IBSA just converted a consultant resource to full time (that consultant was on contract for 3 years). This is a great long term opportunity with a great culture and organization.

  This team supports all of IBSA's Corporate Office -500+ employees as well as supporting two of their large internal enterprise applications.

  The tools they support for their Corporate Office are Office 365/Sharepoint/WiFi/Networking/Active Directory, Windows 10. This will take up 30% of the role.

  The remaining troubleshooting support will be on IBSA's legacy Customized Applications & Distribution Applications (POS) - Store Applications & Jericho Applications - Distributor - 70% of the tickets will be focused in this area.

  This is a phone support role as 95% - troubleshooting issues over the phone & 5% of role is documentation

  Each Helpdesk Analyst receives about 15-25 calls per day

  ServiceNow is their ticketing system of which they will use to document
