Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Construction/Contractor field. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization will be the best fit for this Help Desk Analyst position. Located in San Antonio, Texas, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a permanent role.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

　　Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

　　Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally

　　Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements

　　Familiarity with basic networking concepts

　　Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

　　Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems

　　3+ years of prior experience

　　Strong familiarity with Racking

　　Hardware & software installation experience required

　　Hardware Installation experience desired

　　Basic Network Troubleshooting experience

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
