Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk / Field Analyst III in LITTLETON, Colorado. As a Help Desk / Field Analyst III, you will be part of our technical team, providing both remote and onsite support to our clients. You will be instrumental in setting up, troubleshooting, and managing security, networking, and cloud configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote help desk support and remote project work, including Office365 migrations.

• Install and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and networking equipment onsite.

• Handle setup, troubleshooting, and configuration management for security, networking, and cloud.

• Oversee the management of Active Directory both on-premise and cloud (Azure).

• Maintain and manage Desktops, Laptops Servers including Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, Office365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare.

• Manage security software including Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Malware, DNS Filtering and End Point Detection and Response.

• Handle networking components such as routers, firewalls, printers, switches, wireless devices, access points, and VPN's.

• Implement and manage cloud solutions including file and image-based backup solutions, Office365 setup, configuration management, and administration, and cloud file storage (Egnyte, DropBox, etc.).

• Ensure proper scheduling, documentation, and ticket management.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and handle disorderly situations.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proven experience with Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Proficiency in Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in Active Directory

• Familiarity with Apple Devices

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Configuration Management

• Proven track record in Deployments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
