Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Richfield, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be providing IT support and assistance to our team, managing IT equipment inventory, and setting up new hires. Our working environment is dynamic and requires an individual with a flexible and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with IT equipment-related issues and provide efficient solutions

• Manage the inventory of IT equipment and ensure it is up-to-date

• Set up IT systems and equipment for new hires to ensure seamless onboarding

• Work closely with the IT Manager, who focuses on the SAP platform

• Learn and adapt to working with a system primarily from Korea

• Provide support for servers, internet, and WiFi

• Proactively handle and prevent virus-related issues

• Use Active Directory to manage user accounts and access

• Use remote access tools for troubleshooting and support when necessary

• Maintain patience and detail-oriented focus in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in virus protection, including the ability to detect, prevent, and resolve security threats.

• Familiarity with different types of computer viruses and their corresponding mitigation strategies.

• Proven experience in application server management and maintenance to ensure seamless business operations.

• Proficiency in operating basic office equipment, including but not limited to printers, scanners, and fax machines.

• Experience with SAP, including its configuration, operation, and troubleshooting. The candidate should also be able to provide user support and training for SAP. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
