Location: Greater Des Moines Area (Onsite Day Travel)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Support: Day travel is a requirement, as you'll be visiting client sites within the Greater Des Moines area. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Client-Focused: You'll be the face of our company to clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, network, and service issues promptly.
Documentation: Track all documentation and communications efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Patch Testing: Conduct patch testing to maintain a stable and secure environment.
Network Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of LAN/WAN and ITIL practices to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Top Requirements:
Experience: 1-3+ years of hands-on IT desktop support experience.
Trainable: We value your willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS O365, Active Directory, and Ticketing Systems is essential. Any additional knowledge of network, server, or other IT areas is a big plus.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a strong phone presence are crucial.
