Description We need someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Manufacturing field. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this may be the Help Desk Analyst position for you. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Valencia, California area and is a permanent opportunity.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

　　Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems

　　Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

　　Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally Requirements

　　IT support ticketing system experience desired

　　Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

　　Comprehension of basic networking concepts

　　Proven knowledge of Desktop Hardware

　　Computer Hardware experience highly desired

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

　　Active Directory experience required

　　Basic Network Troubleshooting experience preferred

　　Active Directory experience desired

　　Well-founded grasp of hardware & software installation
