Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Retail field. This may be the Help Desk Analyst position for you, if you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. Located in Millwood, New York, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a full-time role.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

　　Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems

　　Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

　　Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems

　　Comprehension of basic networking concepts

　　Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

　　Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Computer networking

　　Deep understanding of Basic Troubleshooting

　　Basic Network Troubleshooting experience required

　　Foundational knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting
