Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic construction team focusing on infrastructure projects including civil, water/sewer, power, and communications. We are currently seeking experienced operators throughout Western Wisconsin. Responsibilities include operating backhoe and cable plow, performing daily safety checks and maintenance on equipment, locating utilities above ground, inspecting jobsites for safe operations, distributing materials as needed, and guiding apprentice-level candidates.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

Work on diverse projects around the Twin Cities metro and Western Wisconsin. Travel across a 5-state area may be required upon permanent hire. Typical start time is between 6-6:30 AM with varying end times. Expect to work 10-12 hours per day, accumulating up to 60 hours a week, weather permitting. Work locations include Hugo, MN, where you can report to the shop or commute directly to the site, and various sites in Western Wisconsin where reporting is directly to the site.
