Serve as asupervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees inthe safe, proper and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist inthe planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season(November - May): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used infield operations.
