　　Typical Day in the LifeA typical day as a Healthcare Reimbursement Senior Associate includes the following:Work closely with assigned clients in the healthcare field, including hospitals and nursing homes.* Prepare Medicare and/or Medicaid cost reports utilizing specialized software to assist clients in obtaining appropriate reimbursement under federal and state regulations by required deadlines.* Effectively communicate with clients and Medicare and/or Medicaid contractors via telephone and email.* Review trial balances, financial statements and client information for cost report preparation.* Prepare reports summarizing clients' cost report results.* Assist with training/mentoring employees in the healthcare reimbursement department.* Participate in business development.

　　Who You Are* You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.* You have 2+ years of experience preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.* You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have knowledge of pivot tables and Excel formulas.* You love the details and notice the fine print in everything you do.* You have strong communication skills - both verbal and written.* You are a multi-tasking master and there has never been a deadline you could not meet.* You can effectively maintain and build working...
