　　Job Summary

　　The Healthcare Documentation Specialist monitors document accuracy and completeness; assists physicians to ensure an accurate, secure, and meaningful health record for patient care; creates templates, designs, tests, and provides best practice implementation; trains users and provides user support for electronic medical records.

　　Job Requirements

　　Minimum Education Requirement:

　　High School diploma or equivalent.

　　Minimum Experience Requirement:

　　Minimum of 1-2 years transcription experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills required.

　　Minimum License Requirement:

　　Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred but not required.

　　$22.06 - $31.54
