Protect employees and theenvironment from incidents and hazards while ensuring compliance withregulations. Establishes performance target objectives aligned withstrategic ABB direction in core functions and monitors achievement Actas consultant to management in health, safety, & environment relatedissues. Identify opportunities for improvement in the HSE programregarding compliance, management systems, and culture. Develop,recommend, and implement appropriate corrective measures. Previousexperience with management of electrical safety, material handlingequipment, and contractor safety programs preferred Maintain HSEmanagement systems including control of documents and records,operational control procedures, and continuous improvement Support theincident investigation process to ensure proper root cause, correctiveactions, and preventative measures are taken.
