Shift time: First two weeks training M-F 8am-5pm

　　Schedule: Thur-Mon and Tues-Sat 6am-2:30pm (Must be open to both)Description:

　　Performs specialized health information activities necessary to organize, maintain and use electronic and paper patient health records

　　Understands chart organization and content

　　Prepping and scanning patient records

　　Coordination of record request from patients and/or physicians

　　Skills:

　　Health care, Electronic medical record, Emr, Epic

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Physican Requirements

　　Push and pull scanning and scanning related equipment for up to eight hours a day (up to 50 pounds) - WOW cart

　　Ability to stand, walk, and bend

　　• 2-3 years’ experience in health care setting

　　• Basic medical terminology

　　• Attention to detail, advance problem solving and analytical skills

　　• Demonstrate proficiency with basic PC skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

　　• Detailed knowledge of documentation and privacy regulatory standards - HIPPA compliant!

　　• Strong customer service and communication skills - bilingual in Spanish preferred

　　• Knowledge of epic preferred
