　　Responsibilites include:

　　Provide excellent health care services to elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own home.Perform domestic and household tasksTransport and accompany patients to appointments, shopping, errands and social events.Maintain patients care records and document provided servicesAssist patients with mobilityAssist patients with personal careMedication RemindersPlan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance to the patient's dietTraining Provided:

　　Leelin will provide paid First Aid and CPR in your first 30-daysComp Training - paid within first 30-daysHands on paid training in the client homeExpereince not necessary - we will train!We offer competitive pay and flexible hours, scheduling completed a month in advance
