Provides general health and contraceptive information to clients and performs clerical functions, while ensuring quality client care and excellent customer service. The Health Care Assistant provides direct services in family planning and is responsible for customer service skills in person and on the telephone. Must be pleasant, courteous and helpful. Requires an understanding of, and commitment to, quality healthcare and excellence in customer service and the ability to practice these values in relation with internal and external customers.
