　　Associates Degree (AA) or BS in Early Childhood Education (ECE), ChildDevelopment, or related field, with at least 24 credits in ECE

　　Preferred experience in a preschool setting

　　Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified through EICAP\'s trainingprogram
