ROLE SUMMARY:
Position: Head of Stakeholder Relationship Management
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Stakeholder
Relationship Management. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing key
relationships with Osttra’s stakeholders to drive growth and enhance our market position.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholderengagement strategy aligned with the organisation's objectives, ensuring effective communication
and relationship building.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and prioritise key stakeholders, with Osttra’s shareholders andexternal counterparts, and create tailored engagement plans to address their needs and expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all internal functions; commercial strategy teams,product management, sales, client service, customer success etc, to ensure a cohesive approach to
stakeholder management and alignment with Osttra’s goals.
Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve stakeholder concerns, acting as a liaison betweenstakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to capture stakeholder insightsand perceptions, using this information to drive continuous improvement and enhance stakeholder
relationships.
Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a robust communication strategy to keepstakeholders informed about Osttra’s strategy, achievements, and upcoming plans.
Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to stakeholder relationships, working tomaintain a positive and collaborative environment.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success ofstakeholder relationship initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
● Experience: Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management or a related field, with a
track record of successful engagement strategies.
● Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide
cross-functional teams.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to
communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
● Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess stakeholder needs, identify trends, and make
data-driven decisions.
● Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve
shared goals.
● Adaptability: Demonstrable ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate complex
stakeholder landscapes.
● Strategic Vision: Strategic mindset with the ability to align stakeholder engagement initiatives with
the Osttra’s long-term vision.
