　　YOUR CHALLENGE

　　Coordinate and maximize the impact of a team from 8 to 15 people.

　　Coordinate with several leaders to improve our monetisation and KPIs across internal supply.

　　Control our supply sources.

　　Detect drops in the upper funnel and coordinate solutions with the team.

　　Seek technical creative solutions for our daily opportunities.

　　YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

　　You have experience working in support and teams at scale, with relevant experience on complex, large scale projects.

　　Have coding and analytical knowledge.

　　You have excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.

　　Has 5+ years of experience as a Head of Solutions or another relevant role.

　　Have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, informal and dynamic environment.

　　Have full proficiency in Spanish and English.

　　You have a very outcome oriented mindset, helping the team to keep the focus on the outcome.

　　Are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment.

　　You must be comfortable in presenting to Senior Management and training larger groups.

　　It would be a big plus if you:

　　Have previous experience in a startup or have a background in consulting

　　Have any knowledge of javascript

　　Have any analytical background

　　Have knowledge of German
