JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Watertown Regional is seeking a QualityControl Data Analyst Full time; 40 hours per week - Monday throughFriday Under the direction of the Chief Patient Safety Officer /Executive Director of Quality, this position will lead, develop, design,and implement clinical data analysis initiatives for a variety ofcustomers across the Watertown enterprise. Demonstrate a mastery of avariety of analytical methods including effective and efficient data usefrom EMR\'s, statistical modeling, reporting and data visualization.Design and implement project reports and data presentations appropriatefor use with Executive and Physician Leadership and Clinical staff.Facilitate clinical improvement projects working with interdisciplinaryteams. Exercise independent judgment and discretionary decision-makingability related to clinical project management assuring record keepingof projects and improvement cycles. Assure data are valid for regulatoryreporting and that all deadlines for data submission are met. Workclosely with the quality and clinical teams on gaps in performance forrequired metrics with the goal of top performance.
