　　Join our Utility Sales team within the Services division in the UK & Ireland as a Sales Manager to help us take our territory sales activities to the next level.

　　Your main tasks and responsibilities:

　　Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth

　　Support the development and execution of growth initiatives

　　Build and maintain profitable and scalable partnerships with customers

　　Lead team development and talent management across areas of responsibility

　　Ensure processes are in place to effectively communicate strategy and results within and across the territory sales team

　　To succeed in this role, you will need:

　　10 years of Utility Market experience

　　Management/leadership experience in a sales/commercial organization

　　Key customer relationship management

　　Market awareness and analysis

　　Commercial strategy development

　　Commercial contracts & tendering
