Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Head of Risk Governance & Reporting will lead efforts across the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to develop efficient, informative, and insightful ways to communicate financial and operational risk positions and mitigation activities throughout the company. In this role, you will partner with the ERM leadership team to drive consistency in how risks are monitored across the organization. You will also oversee all Risk committee governance, working with key business partners to ensure that agendas are meaningful and robust.
You will
Maintain and update Risk policies within a centralized policy library
Draft and coordinate responses for key Risk-related regulatory filings
Work with the CRO to develop external presentations
Develop/refine Key Risk Indicators, review existing dashboards for enhancements, and lead in the monthly development of the Risk Dashboards
Collaborate across teams to set committee agendas and oversee presentation materials
Understand and monitor for emerging risk to ensure reports remain relevant
Develop risk-related peer metrics and comparisons
You are

5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry
Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, with
Experience in a risk management role a plus
Technology/Information Security
Proven communication skills
The ability to accelerate impact and the desire to lead change.

As our Head of Risk Governance & Reporting, you will report to our Chief Risk Officer, who reports to our Chief Financial Officer.

Salary Range
$126,970.00 - $208,600.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
