As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Management managers to ensure product innovation via strong strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap execution. What you will accomplish together with us:Lead a team of Product Management managers to ensure their respective portfolios are achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation, financial health, marketing, sales and manufacturing.Create and realize BioAnalytics overall vision and strategy by translating strategy into tactical plans for product roadmaps, next generation products and inorganic opportunitiesEnsure product management team is working closely with internal and external stakeholders including key customers, corporate functions, product development, product management leaders to understand emerging trends and technologies, understand market needs and build business cases for new initiatives to achieve growth targets.Synthesizes voice of the customer and market insights to drive decision making to scope and prioritize business cases for new and enhanced products based on business and customer impactDefine in year business priorities to guide development and execution of tactical marketing plans with Campaign Management and Segment MarketingEnsure appropriate global pricing strategy for overall product groupEnsure team is supporting appropriate demand planning, manufacturing, and backorder management
What will convince us:7+ years, (10+ years preferred) Product Management experience in life science industry.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering fields.
