　　Amazon Prime & Delivery Experience (DEX) is seeking a customer-obsessed, big-thinking Senior Manager of Product Mgmt Tech to lead product suites that improve delivery experience for millions of Prime customers. Amazon Prime's vision is to be the Earth’s largest and most beloved membership program. The Speed and Convenience we offer represents the most important benefit of Prime. As a senior product-tech leader, you will set the vision on our multi-year product roadmap to improve our Speed CX, and drive innovations across our supply chain and in the customer funnel.

　　This is a high visibility role and an advisor to VP level stakeholders. The leader has responsibilities to build and manage suites of capabilities that connect our supply chain/operation networks to customer experience, closely working with both Operations and Data Science partners. The ideal leader is Customer Obsessed, have a strong judgment about critical trade offs in technology choices, and be able to Earn Trust with a diverse set of partners. Finally, hands-on experiences in supply chain technologies (SCOT), fulfillment operations across all miles, and technical product management will be a huge plus to this role.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Drive the vision and deliver/ manage suites of products;

　　Collaborate with diverse partner teams to build and enhance data science empowered products;

　　Advise VP+ stakeholders on complex, technical subjects;

　　Lead and grow a high performing Product team.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

　　Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

　　Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering

　　Preferred Qualifications
