　　We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as the Head of Infrastructure. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in designing and maintaining robust and scalable IT systems. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure to ensure a robust, secure, and scalable technological environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive the infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals

　　Provide vision and direction for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure

　　Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

　　Oversee training, and performance management of infrastructure staff

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and plan for future growth

　　Drive the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

　　Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's data and infrastructure

　　Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices

　　Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service levels are met

　　Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization

　　Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation

　　Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans

　　Conduct regular testing and updates

　　Provide expertise and guidance in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues

　　Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience in a senior infrastructure leadership role within the Fintech industry

　　Strong technical background with expertise in infrastructure technologies, cloud services preferably Azure, O365 administration, and virtualization

　　Solid understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and risk management

　　Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

　　Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives
