About this role:

　　Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Director, Head of Data Capabilities within our Corporate & Investment Bank. The Capabilities Leader will work to lead the development and deployment of advanced data tools and solutions across the CIB including AI/ML, automation, and other advanced capabilities.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Lead the development and deployment of advanced data tools and capabilities across the investment bank.

　　Actively identify and evaluate new data technologies, including third-party solutions, for potential integration into the bank's data ecosystem.

　　Collaborate closely with enterprise centers of excellence driving AI/ML and automation within the firm to ensure cohesive and strategic implementation of new technologies.

　　Oversee the entire lifecycle of data tool development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

　　Identify and execute on small to medium size projects to prove out capabilities prior to extending investment

　　Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the use of data technologies within the bank.

　　Develop strategic partnerships with external vendors and technology providers to enhance the bank's data capabilities.

　　Provide leadership and guidance to the data tools and capabilities team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.

　　Required Qualifications, US:

　　8+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

　　4+ years of Management experience

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated experience in developing and managing data tools and technologies within a financial or investment banking environment.

　　Strong understanding of modern data technologies including AI/ML and their application in data management and analytics.

　　Experience with integrating third-party data management and analytics products.

　　Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, from the desk to the enterprise level.

　　Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

　　Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving strategic goals.

　　Pay Range

　　$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
