oin our Customer Success team within the Services division in London as a Customer Success Manager to help us take our customer engagement strategies to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Deliver a customer Onboarding framework to effectively identify and add value to the customer's requirement or offering at the earliest opportunity
Clearly demonstrate to the customer the shortest way to ROI
Provide focus and clarity across all internal departments on the opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade while keeping the best interests of the customer a priority
Develop customer relationships leading to customer advocacy
Lead customer turnaround activities, turning damaged or plateaued relationships into customer advocacy relationships
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Degree in a relevant area
Senior Management/Leadership experience
Key Customer Relationship Management
Commercial strategy development
Commercial contracts & tendering
