Imagine Early Learning Centers seeks a Head Infant Teacher in our childcare center. Our center is a safe, nurturing, fun and friendly environment. We are seeking an experienced and creative professional looking to join a team providing the highest quality, educational childcare for working families.
Responsibilities include:- Participating in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.- Effective communication with families and co-teachers.- Ability to adhere to licensing and NAEYC guidelines.- Effective written communication skills.- Ability to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities.
Qualifications:- Minimum of an AA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field preferred, or in progress- BA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field, or in progress, a plus - 1-2 years' experience teaching infants/toddlers in an Early Childhood program required- Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process preferred- Clearance for work in DOH child care programs and DOE PKA classrooms a plus.
Salary: $17.00-$33.00 per hour
