　　At Siemens eMobility time to market is a key while delivering high quality and reliable products which satisfying the customer expectations. We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader guiding and running our global based project managers in the product development on operational level.

　　You are familiar with accurate project planning, risk management and adapting towards the unexpected in course of development projects. Driving decisions in cross functional environment covering Hardware / Software Development, Product Management, Supply Chain and apply escalation management is part of your leadership skill.

　　What you will be doing:

　　Spearheading operational excellence for global project managers, ensuring seamless execution

　　Directing efforts towards projects that significantly enhance our dynamic global portfolio

　　Taking charge of sustainable project planning and execution, ensuring optimal outcomes

　　Demonstrating unwavering passion in meeting project content, budget, timeline, and quality commitments

　　Managing the critical interface among Product Management, Project Managers, and Leadership across global development teams

　　Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency

　　What you need to make real what matters.

　　Grounded in success, you hold a master's degree in electrical engineering, forming the foundation of your expertise

　　Longterm experience in orchestrating product development projects and effectively coordinating project managers

　　Proficient in lean agile methodologies, bringing agility and adaptability to project management

　　Showcasing leadership prowess, adept at steering a globally distributed setup and guiding individuals without direct reporting lines

　　You are ready to take on responsibility and address topics independently as well as driving them forward. In this regard, you find it easy to learn from mistakes and suggest new ways based on them. New challenges motivate you, and you work with focus and a results-oriented approach to solving them.

　　Highly proficient in German as well as fluent English skills and you feel comfortable working in intercultural teams.
