We are looking for a highly talented Hardware Integration & Qualification Engineer to join our unique R&D support group.

As a Hardware Integration & Qualification engineer, you’ll be managing and leading varied engineering solutions in a wide range of complexity. Working closely with PDC & AGS groups, Suppliers, and 3rd party.
Our Group:
A multidisciplinary R&D group focused on developing advanced semiconductor metrology and inspection solutions for our customers that build chips for electric powered self-driving vehicles, AR/VR glasses, LED’s & Lasers.
The group works on many different product lines based on scanning electron microscopes and laser scanning technology.
The group is responsible for the R&D support, qualification, and part of development.
What you'll be doing:
Hardware Integration & Qualification Engineer is responsible for the implementation of new products to Manufacturing, starting of an Early engagement with R&D on product design and performance, Design for manufacturability and ATP definition.
Responsibility for new methods implementation- join the various calibration methods from the early phase until all tools and documents are ready for use. Own certification, documents, and gaps reflection.
Supporting manufacturing line escalation
Leads the test process for new products.
Provides technical support and training for new products.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible for complex systems integration, which require expertise in a wide variety of technology fields and excellent system understanding.
Will lead or assist field installations or upgrade/Maintenance activity of semiconductor systems in-house and at customer’s sites.
Part of a wide support team with multiple responsibilities including tools integration, field & home tools support.
High level of independent work with constant drive for improvement in tools’ performance, uptime and working methods.
Close collaboration with R&D disciplines such as System Engineering, Physics etc.
Provide recommendations for performance specs and promote corrective actions for future designs.
What you should have?
BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or other relevant BSc degree)
Relevant technical / Integration experience or other high complexity technical workplace
Ability to work in a clean room environment– A must
High level English
Integration engineering experience in a multidisciplinary company – Advantage
Experience in semi-conductor industry – Advantage
Long Runner
Ability to travel – 20%
Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Additionally, because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
