  SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, the Customer Service Integrator is an integral part of helping to keep the hangar floor neat and in running order. This position will support mechanics and hangar employees in searching for missing tools, locating carts, and other tasks to allow for the mechanics to work directly on the aircraft. This is a customer service focused role located directly on the hangar floor.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  Gathers any items needed from other locations and pick-up areas.

  Locates ladders, carts, tools, and any items needed at the request of the mechanic.

  Moves off units to temporary staging areas.

  Caters and de-caters aircraft (provisioning).

  Moves LAVs and GALLEYs to and from Back-Shop areas.

  Removes, loads, and transports aircraft seats.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

  Valid WA state driver’s license required.

  Experience in Aviation or MRO preferred.

  PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:

  While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand, and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds using proper lifting protocols.

  Compensation

  The full base pay range for this position is $17.00 – $22.00 (expressed as hourly for non-exempt), exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired at ATS, your hourly rate will be based on factors including skills, education and experience. In addition to those factors – we consider internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. We also offer a generous benefits package, as detailed below.
