Thismaintenance tech will be involved in our everyday, hands on maintenanceprogram from CNC machines to hand power tools, and everything inbetween. The right candidate is a strong leader, with time managementand organizational skills. Common daily duties will include: Troubleshoot and repair daily mechanical and electrical issues on companyequipment (CNC machines, staple guns, drills, routers, hand tools etc.)Maintain hands on approach to all maintenance work. Manage and documentpreventative and emergency maintenance services for all building systemsand equipment including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing,company vehicles, overhead doors, docks, generators, UPS\'s,landscaping, snow removal, furniture and storm water systems. Identifyprojects and maintenance needs in support of continuous facilityimprovement, and make recommendations. Place orders for spare parts andequipment for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation ofthe same. Perform a variety of work including but not limited tocarpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, grounds repair, officeservices, security and related maintenance activities. Efficientlymanage time to complete projects, maintenance requests and repairs.Coordinate with all department managers, supervisors and operators onequipment performance and maintenance requirements. Recommend andimplement changes to improve productivity, and plant layout. Participatein production, safety and other planning meetings as required. Complyingwith all company policies and procedures, and the Occupational Safetyand health administration rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenancefunctions. Responsible for emergency action management regardingweather, fire protection, sprinkler system knowledge, communication withnecessary parties. What will my schedule look like? This is an hourlyrole generally working Monday-Friday on first shift. We can be flexibleon start and end times as long as you are meeting business needs. Hourlyteam members typically work 40 hours each week and during high businessneed, overtime is offered on Saturdays.
