　　Keeping our hotel running smoothly is vital to our guest's experience – as the Full Time Handy Person you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork. From simple repairs to forward-thinking for the next day. With naturally high standards to support our own, you’ll approach every task with dedication and pride.

　　You will conduct general maintenance for the hotel in accordance with company standards and be able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures. You will assist with hotels preventative maintenance programs to ensure the hotels equipment and facilities operate efficiently and our hotel is looking fantastic for our guests to enjoy.

　　We're looking for an energetic individual with excellent communication skills who works well within a team. You should be an efficient self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, and considerate of others when conducting your work. You'll have a real passion for delivering high-quality work and possess the ability to interact well with guests, colleagues, and contractors. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

　　It is desirable to have experience in the following:

　　General maintenance and/or repairs with a good all-round knowledge of maintenance procedures, preferably within the hospitality industry.

　　Experience in all or some of the following: air conditioning, door lock systems, painting, tiling, plumbing, and general furniture repairs.

　　Ability to work across a 6-day roster (Monday-Saturday).

　　Great presentation.

　　Punctuality.

　　Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
