As a HACCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of ensuring the HACCP/Food Safety Plans are effective and compliant with all regulatory, internal, and external requirements. You will be responsible for all aspects of developing, implementing, managing, reviewing, revising and enforcing the HACCP program and HACCP principles for the Nestlé Purina Crete factory. You will be the factory's thermal process expert and double seam expert and support all other food safety programs including compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
Create, maintain, improve, and provide annual trainings on thermal processes, double seam processes, HACCP, and other related programs.
Create, maintain, and improve SOP’s that pertain to HACCP/Food Safety, thermal process and double seam quality policies and procedures.
Complete PCQI reviews of paperwork and support internal and external audits, including ISO and regulatory audits/inspections.
Review and verify HACCP/Food Safety Plan annually and manage the factory’s Food Defense Program.
Conduct corrective actions for HACCP, thermal process, and double seam non-conformities.
Own the factory Management of Change Control program and own the factory Sensory program.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED equivalent or higher level of education
2+ years of experience working in quality assurance within a food manufacturing, laboratory, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $47,000 - $67,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
