This pivotal role requires someone who will excel in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure.
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for adapt seamless interactions, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with grace, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in fostering positive relationships with both guests and team members.
A little of your day-to-day:
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm welcome.
Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing assistance and recommendations as needed.
Handle issues and find effective resolutions.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve challenges related to guest experiences promptly.

Experience in a guest relations or hospitality supervisory role.
Positive and proactive approach to guest service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
