　　Job Description and QualificationsThe GRP Global Coordinator is a position supporting the Global Resource Planning (GRP) module on EcoSys tool for Global GEMTE (Global Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Equipment). This role enables the effectiveness of GRP by proactively coordinating and prioritizing IT activities on GRP (EcoSys), ensuring timely and accurate communications to various users, resolving user issues, escalating them as required and running monthly review meeting at various levels on GRP. This role is based out of Pune, India office reporting to Business Application Owner (BAO) of GRP.

　　PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　Support smooth running of GRP both as tool and process.

　　Track various metrics on GRP and communicate to Steering committee.

　　Work diligently with IT on user issues and resolve them.

　　Understand user feedback for improvements/ enhancements on tool.

　　Coordinate with various stakeholders for getting correct data reflected in GRP tool.

　　Coordinate with Cost engineers to get the Project Demand data correctly flowing in GRP with support of regional GRP power users.

　　Coordinate with Proposal managers to get the Opportunity demand data correctly flowing in GRP with support of regional GRP power users.

　　Impart trainings to new GRP users.

　　Prepare presentation slides for monthly Leadership review meetings on GRP.

　　Prepare presentation slides at Organizational, functional, and Regional and Global level.

　　Be able to answer any question on GRP Process, data flow, irregularities in data, anomalies in functional/regional charts/tables.

　　Closely work with GRP regional power users in each region to understand tool issues and getting them resolved.

　　Work as India region power user for GRP.

　　Maintain GRP documents like EP, WIs, Job-Aids, FCR, GRP Calendar, etc on shared site.

　　Update Resource Names in GRP resource Library.

　　Analyse Demand Data and present trends of forecasting accuracy.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Engineering diploma or equivalent, Engineering graduate (B.E.) preferred.

　　8-12 years of EPC work experience as Project Planning / Cost Control professional.

　　Knowledge of EPC project Phases.

　　Ability to treat highly sensitive information as confidential.

　　Effective interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.

　　Strong relationship management skills with peers, colleagues, and clients.

　　Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

　　Be able to make excel templates for scenarios and analysis.

　　Experience with EcoSys, QlikSense, SharePoint sites preferred.

　　Energetic, positive, efficient, and focus on continuous process improvement

　　Must be able to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task with a sense of urgency.

　　Proactive in problem solving with Analytical approach.
