　　Come and join the Intuit Data Exchange team as a Group Product Manager. We are a rapidly growing data platform, connecting to over 20K data providers across the world, with billions of transactions imported per year. We power Intuit's market leading products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and Credit Karma.

　　In this role, you will partner with engineering and design teams to build new data domains, develop simple 1-click user experiences, design low code tools for developers, craft innovative methods to improve data quality, and create a platform that fuels the AI transformation of fintech.

　　What you'll bring

　　8+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management roleExperience with building and leading high performing teamsTrack record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needsDemonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - i.e. reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plusDemonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business resultAbility to develop and execute a successful product roadmapExperience with Agile development and methodologies being the product ownerProven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful productsTrack record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customerExcellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizationsGood communication skills - in small teams and larger group presentation formatsUndergraduate degree required; focus in computer science preferrable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered

　　How you will lead

　　Define and lead the vision and strategy for the platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutionsWork closely with Intuit design teams and with partners to develop delightful customer experiences to connect, acquire, present and manage user's data and documentsWork closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experienceTake a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and successDrive the execution of the product plan, working closely with the product team across all functions. You are the product owner for these servicesDrive project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across the different services and teams required for the solutionWork closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goalExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level collaborative working styleSpend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful wayRepresent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally
